Aunt Mercedes's Rabbit Recipe
Ingredients for our dish. – 1 rabbit – A splash of vinegar – 1 onion, 1 head of garlic – 1 glass of water, 3 bay leaves

Here's the method for this delicious dish.
- Start by soaking the rabbit pieces in vinegar for 1 hour, then cut into portions and place in a bowl.
- Chop the onion and sauté together with olive oil until the onion softens.
- Roast the head of garlic and add it to the pan along with the onion and rabbit.
- Pour in a glass of water, add 3 bay leaves, and cook everything until tender.
- Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
And there you have it — a rabbit dish ready to serve. As you can see, it's a wonderfully simple recipe. The only challenge is finding a good-quality rabbit, which isn't always easy 😉
