
Aunt Mercedes' Fideuá Recipe
Hello again! Today I'm bringing you Aunt Mercedes' Fideuá recipe — our favourite cook in the kitchen. If you haven't tried any of her dishes yet, what are you waiting for? But let's get to what really matters — today we're making a delicious fideuá for 4 people. I hope you enjoy it!

– 20 g olive oil
– 250 g thick noodles
– Fish stock (a stock cube works fine)
– 150 g peeled prawns
– 1/4 kg mussels
– 1 red pepper. 1 onion
– Saffron

Now let's walk through the recipe step by step.
- Heat the Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a wide, shallow pan.
- Finely chop the onion and red pepper and sauté for a few minutes until soft.
- Add approximately one litre of fish stock and a pinch of saffron.
- After a few minutes, add the noodles, prawns and mussels.
- Once the noodles are tender, remove the pan from the heat, cover with a clean cloth and leave to rest for about 10 minutes.
And that's it — your fideuá is ready to serve. As you can see, Aunt Mercedes' recipes are always simple but absolutely delicious!
