Our company

Mi Oliva Gourmet is more than an online Extra Virgin Olive Oil store — it is a team of people where the knowledge passed down through 3 generations of growers meets the drive to innovate and create something meaningful from a shared passion: genuine Extra Virgin Olive Oil, harvested every year as it has been for thousands of years, with careful attention to the olive, from which comes Az-zait — as it was known in Arab culture — the juice of the olive.

Olive oil is the only vegetable oil that can be consumed raw, without any chemical refining process.

Our team

Miguel Morales Chacón. Known as "Migue", he carries on the family tradition of his father and grandfather. He grew up running through the olive groves at the Cortijo San Miguel and has a deep love for his land and the olive groves of Puente Genil. Without question, our most critical and most demanding team member.

Ricardo Morales Chacón. Known as "Richard", the perfect link in the chain — over 30 years dedicated to the business world, yet with roots that run deep and carry the flavor of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. His extensive experience brings the professionalism and rigor needed to make Mi Oliva Gourmet a serious, trustworthy company.

Julio César de la Vega, known as "Julito", is passionate about technology. He is the reason everything runs seamlessly — from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door, a complex logistical chain with no room for error.

Alongside Miguel, Ricardo and Julio, a team of more than 10 people works across all areas to serve you. Jose keeps the numbers in order and, together with Álvaro, makes sure your orders are packed and on their way quickly ;). Laura and María José — those wonderful people always ready to help via phone, chat and email. The Number Studios team, who support us every day in the ever-changing world of digital; Jose María and his creative team, whose ideas inspire us daily. And of course, our beloved growers — the true heart of everything — whose tireless work makes it possible for all of us to enjoy the finest Extra Virgin Olive Oil at our table.
