Shipping Costs & Conditions
Shipping is available for buying olive oil to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and most European countries. We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands. The full list of available European countries can be found in the country selector within the shipping address form at checkout. Delivery is made on working days, Monday to Friday, and:
- Between 48 and 72 hours for mainland Spain
- 7 working days for the Balearic Islands and Europe.
Shipping to mainland Spain is free
Shipping costs are calculated based on the product weight, the total cart value, and the delivery destination. The shipping cost will not be displayed until the customer has selected a delivery address (by default, the primary address used at registration or the last address used). In any case, the shipping cost will always be visible to the customer before payment is made, and no additional charges will be requested after placing the order.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, though they may be free for certain products, geographic locations, or order amounts. In all cases, the applicable shipping costs will be detailed throughout the checkout process, and the buyer will have the opportunity to review these costs before making any payment.
Mi Oliva Gourmet is not responsible for delays in order delivery caused by circumstances beyond our direct control, including unforeseen events or force majeure. Orders will be delivered to the address freely designated by the customer. Mi Oliva Gourmet will not accept any liability when delivery fails due to inaccurate or false information provided by the customer, or when delivery cannot be completed for reasons outside Mi Oliva Gourmet's control, such as the recipient being absent at the delivery address.
In the event of recipient absence, and wherever possible, a delivery notice will be left with the information needed to arrange a new delivery attempt at the recipient's address, or instructions for collecting the order at a designated location. In any case, if the order has not been successfully delivered within 7 days of the last delivery attempt, it will be returned to the sender and the contract will be considered resolved.
