Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase, without the need to provide any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify Mi Oliva Gourmet Sur, S.L. by email at info@miolivagourmet.com or by any means that allows a clear record of your intention to withdraw, and you may use the withdrawal form included in section 5.

Furthermore, in compliance with Directive (EU) 2023/2673, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal through the online tool available at miolivagourmet.com/pages/desistimiento and via the "Withdraw from contract" link in the website footer. Once the withdrawal is confirmed through this channel, you will automatically receive an email acknowledgement stating the exact date and time, which will serve as legally valid confirmation on a durable medium.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must be returned in suitable condition and, wherever possible, in its original packaging.

In accordance with Article 102(d) of the TRLGDCU, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in respect of products that may deteriorate or expire quickly, such as bottles that have been opened, given the rapid deterioration of the contents once unsealed.

However, if one container has been opened and a small amount has been consumed for tasting purposes and the customer is not satisfied, Mi Oliva Gourmet Sur, S.L. may nonetheless accept the return under the commercial guarantee offered to the customer.

3. Return Costs

Returns are free of charge for orders delivered to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, provided the return is requested within the 14-calendar-day legal period and the instructions provided by Mi Oliva Gourmet Sur, S.L. are followed.

For returns from other European destinations, the customer must first check the specific conditions by writing to info@miolivagourmet.com.

4. Process

To request a return, the customer must write to info@miolivagourmet.com stating:

  • full name;
  • order number;
  • products to be returned;
  • reason, if you wish to provide one;
  • contact phone number.

You may also call us on 635 30 48 29 to speed up the process.

Once the request is received, instructions for collection or dispatch will be provided.

5. Withdrawal Form

The customer may use the following template to communicate their withdrawal:

6. Refund

Once the returned product has been received and its condition verified, a refund of the corresponding amount will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which Mi Oliva Gourmet Sur, S.L. was informed of the decision to withdraw, and may be withheld until the goods have been received or until the customer provides sufficient proof of their return.

7. Defective Products or Incorrect Orders

If the product received is defective, has been damaged in transit, or does not match the order placed, the customer must notify info@miolivagourmet.com as soon as possible, describing the problem and, where possible, attaching photographs.

In such cases, Mi Oliva Gourmet Sur, S.L. will cover all applicable collection, return, or replacement costs.
