Our Company

Mi Oliva Gourmet is more than an online Extra Virgin Olive Oil shop. We are a team of people who bring together the knowledge handed down through 3 generations of olive growers and the drive to innovate and create value from a shared passion: real Extra Virgin Olive Oil, harvested every year just as it was thousands of years ago, with great care for the olive, because that is where Az-zait comes from (as it was known in Arab culture), the juice of the olive.

Olive oil is the only vegetable oil that can be enjoyed raw, with no chemical refining whatsoever.

Our Team

Miguel Morales Chacón, known as “Migue”, carries on the family tradition of his father and grandfather. He grew up running through the olive groves of the San Miguel farmstead and is deeply in love with his land and the olive groves of Puente Genil. Without a doubt, he is our most critical and demanding team member.

Ricardo Morales Chacón, known as “Richard”, is the perfect link: more than 30 years in the business world, yet with roots that run deep and taste of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. His extensive experience brings the professionalism and rigor needed to make Mi Oliva Gourmet a serious, trustworthy company.

Julio César de la Vega, known as “Julito”, is passionate about new technology. He makes sure the whole system runs flawlessly, so that this is a secure shop with a 100% success rate from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door: a complex logistics chain without a single slip.

Alongside Miguel, Ricardo and Julio, a team of more than 10 people is at your service across every area. Jose, who makes sure the numbers add up and, together with Álvaro, packs your orders so they reach you fast ;). Laura and María José, the lovely people always ready to help over the phone, chat and email. The Number Studios team, who help us every day to navigate the complicated world of the internet; Jose María and his creative team, whose ideas inspire us every day. And of course, our beloved olive growers, the true heart of it all, whose tireless work brings the finest Extra Virgin Olive Oil to our tables.
