Aunt Mercedes' Chicken Recipe

What ingredients do we need?
- 1 chicken
- A drizzle of olive oil (20 g)
- 1 garlic clove, 1 tomato, 1 onion and 1 red pepper
- Wine

How do we make it?
- Pour a drizzle of olive oil into a pan or deep skillet and wait until it's hot, then add the chicken.
- Chop the garlic, onion, tomato and peppers and set aside for later.
- Once the chicken has browned, remove it and, in the same pan, add the chopped garlic and onion.
- When those have browned, add the chopped tomato and pepper and sauté everything together.
- After 10 minutes, return the chicken to the pan and add the wine.
- Season with salt if needed.
- Finally, cook the chicken until tender and it has reduced down into its sauce.
