In every case, the buyer has 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise their cancellation rights without having to provide justification or pay penalties. To return a product, it must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the goods are received at our warehouses, and an initial check of their condition has been completed, we will proceed with the reimbursement of its price, according to the payment method used by the customer.
In accordance with Article 102 (d) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16th, which approves the revised text of the General Law on the Defence of Consumers and Users and other related laws, and is relevant to the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, it will not be possible to exercise cancellation rights for bottles that have been opened, due to the rapid deterioration of the contents in such cases, for instance. Nevertheless, if one of the containers has been opened and a small quantity has been consumed in order to taste the product, and the customer is not satisfied with the product, it will also be possible to exercise cancellation rights as detailed in the preceding paragraph.
The buyer must express their intention of cancellation within the indicated time frame and must proceed with the return of the product. To this end, the Consumer may send an email to the email address [email protected], providing their name and address, as well as their order number. They may also make contact via telephone in order to accelerate the reimbursement process.
Once products for which the consumer has sought cancellation have been returned and their proper condition verified, Mi Oliva Gourmet will refund the Consumer with the paid sum within a maximum period of 10 calendar days. Products that do not return in their original packaging will be devalued.
