The Aunt Mercedes Chicken recipe
What ingredients do we need to prepare this delicious meal?
- 1 chicken
- A splash of olive oil (20 g)
- 1 garlic, 1 tomato. 1 onion and 1 red pepper
- 1.129,5 kcal/person
- 26.5 g of fats
- Proteins 182.8
How is it prepared?
- Add a splash of olive oil to a frying pan or pan, wait until it hot and add the chicken.
- Chop the garlic, onion, tomato and peppers for later.
- Once the chicken is golden, remove it from the pan and add it to the same pan as the garlic and onion that you have chopped.
- Once they are golden, add the chopped tomato and pepper, and fry together.
- Wait 10 minutes then add the chicken and wine.
- Add salt to taste
- Lastly, cook the chicken in its sauce until tender.
