Estirpe Filtered Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made the traditional way. It is mainly made of olives of the Hojiblanca variety from the Puente Genil region, which are traditionally grown and are extracted through first cold press. Its acidity is no more than 0.2 meaning it has a high concentration of polyphenols, oleic acid, and natural antioxidants, which produce great health benefits. Due to it being filtered, it is verastile and can be used in stews as well as for frying, raw, on toast, salads, as an accompaniement for an aged cheese, etc. Its flavour is intense, slightly bitter and spicy.
