Aunt Mercedes’ Rabbit Recipe
Ingredients needed to make the dish. – 1 rabbit – A little vinegar – 1 onion, one garlic clove – 1 glass of water, 3 bay leaves

And now for the preparation method.
- Marinate the chicken in vinegar for 1 hours, chop it up and place it in a bowl.
- Chop the onion and sauté it in the olive oil until soft.
- Roast the garlic clove and add it to the onion, along with the rabbit
- Add in the glass of water, 3 bay leaevs and cook until everything is tender.
- Add salt if necessary.
